Article 1

The organisers propose to play the " Track Play " by Minitel and the Internet from the following electronic addresses:

Article 2
This contest is free of charge and without any obligation to purchase. It is open to anyone, with the exception of the organizers' staff and their families on the direct line, and the members of the companies involved in the development of the game and their families on the direct line.
Article 3
In order to respond, participants will be asked to answer 16 questions, which will be divided into 4 sets of 4 questions, and will be randomly selected from a question-base.
Each good answer to the 4 questions in the first series is worth 10 points.
Each good answer to the 4 questions in the second series is worth 20 points.
Each good answer to the 4 questions in the third series is worth 30 points.
Each good answer to the four questions in the fourth series is worth 40 points.
The questions will be different depending on the e-mail address chosen to participate in the game.
Article 4
Participants will only have to answer questions from Minitel or the Internet and mention their name, first name, full address.
Article 5
On 5 April, June, August, October, December and February, the organizers will review the results obtained by the players who participated in the competition within two calendar months of each draw.
1/ A lot common to all organizers will be offered on the dates indicated above to the participant who will total the highest number of points, regardless of the site on which he/she will play. In case of equal number of points, the winner will be the participant who will have the first to achieve the highest score. This date (day, hours, minutes, seconds) will be that of recording the answer on the computer server of the organizers.
The common lots proposed by the organisers are tourist days, ranging from FF 1,000 to FF 8,000. The detailed description of the lots can be found on the online Minitel and Internet services of the organisers.
2/ Specific lots will be offered by each organizer on the dates indicated above and exclusively to participants who have played on their site. The allocation of such lots will be subject to the number of lots made available by each organizer on their own site.
The winners will be the participants who have totaled the highest number of points. In case of equal number of points, the laurates will be the ones who have reached the first the winning scores. These dates (day, hours, minutes, seconds) will be those of recording the answers on the computer server of the organizers.
The nature and number of specific lots proposed by the organizers are available on the online Minitel and Internet services of the organizers.
Article 6
Any answer to the contest after the last day of the calendar month prior to the allocation of each batch shall be considered null.
Article 7
The common lot for all organizers can only be attributed once to the same winner (e.g., same home, same name, same address) in a two-year period.
For specific lots, there can be only one winner (e.g. home, same address) per two calendar months.
Article 8
Prices shall be accepted as such and shall not be transferable, exchanged against another object or against a monetary value, or refunded.
Article 9
The winners of the lot common to all the organizers will be provided individually by mail indicating the nature of the lot they will have won and the procedures for obtaining it. The results will also be available on Minitel and the Internet, from the electronic addresses allowing access to the game. The lack of an answer within a period of 15 days after receipt of this letter will mean that the winners will abandon their prize.
Article 10
The winners authorize in advance the organizers to communicate to the public their name and/or the name of the city in which they live, without this publication being able to give rise to any compensation or remuneration whatsoever.
Article 11
Organizers reserve the right to shorten, modify or cancel the contest at any time without engaging in liability and without indemnifying the participants.
Organizers should not be held liable for the impossibility of gaining access to the game for any cause.
Article 12
The costs of participating in the contest will be reimbursed upon simple request, accompanied by a bank identification card sent to the address of the organizer of the game on which the person has played.
Only one refund per home, same name, same address will be granted. The cost of connection resulting from participation in this game will be reimbursed on the basis of an average communication coыt of 8.90 F TTC on Minitel and 1.30 F TTC on the Internet and on the sending of a photocopy of the applicant's telephone invoice. The postage costs of the refund application will be reimbursed at the slow postal rate in force in France at the date of the refund application.
Article 13
Any claim or challenge to this competition shall be considered only in a period not exceeding two months from the date of publication of the results.
Article 14
Participation in this contest implies full and integral acceptance of the present rules and any difficulties in the interpretation or application of the rules will be dealt with sovereignly by the organisers.
Article 15
The full rules are available free of charge on request and sent to the address of the organizer of the game on which the person will have played or directly on Minitel and Internet sites. Only one request per home, same name, same address will be granted.
Article 16
The regulation is deposited with Maоtre D. CABOUR, 160 Rue du Temple, 75003 PARIS.
